The exchange rates for the Loyalty Club programme are the same at all levels. Higher level players earn points at a higher rate, but exchange at the same level. The best exchange rate is for 'Bingo Bonus' but if you prefer to play minigames including slots and scratchcards, the 'All Games Bonus' will cover all the games you want to play except for Casino.

The Loyalty Club Shop
The Loyalty Club Bingo Shop, which you will find under the bingo lobby under Account then Loyalty Club, allows you to cash in your points or convert them to bonus once you have accrued sufficient points. You can choose to exchange points for CASH or to convert your points into various types of bonus categories that can be used to play a variety of games. Please ensure the bonus type you select is usable on the games you like to play, for instance Bingo bonus only applies to Bingo games. Here you can exchange your redeemable points for Bingo or Side Games bonuses (min 400 points)
Do this by choosing EITHER All Games Bonus OR Bingo Bonus in the drop down.
Then enter the relevant points amount and click on the REDEEM button.
